Drink

It’s late, I’m on my second vodka having to face up to the fact that I’m running out of the Smirnoff Blue.

Bugger……………………………………

Still it’s having a positive effect on my bad back and dry throat. ie I don’t care about either of them XD

Hot sun, headache and that relegation feeling

The sun is out the sky is blue i’ve got a headache and blues are heading to division 2 (well championship, but that’s what is was).

So will all 3 be different later?

Headache, maybe
Sun, mmmm thunder?
Relegation, now we’d need a miracle to avoid that one.

Maybe update later.

/edit: We won, but lost

Clone MkII

Baby 2

Can you tell what it is yet?

Expected to arrive around the end of October.

Bleedin bugs

Cold time again, at least I think it is.  Suffering with a sore throat and bunged up nose.  Bad head at the moment.  I’m hoping it’ll be one of those 72hr bugs that I occasionally get

New Feature – Cheapo Wine reviews

So, I must be getting middle class. Don’t worry I will never read the D*ily M*il or the Torygraph (unless I know they’ve published any of my stuff, unlikely, but I need that clause!). The basic rule for wine review is it must be on offer at Tesco, Morrison, Sainsburys (unlikely to visit Asda as it’s shit) and Waitrose.

Anyway, first up:

Jacobs Creek, Three Vines – Shiraz, Cabernet & Tempranillo.

Right, I’m no wine ponce but here goes.

A nice fruity blend which leaves the mouth with a nice tingle. Didn’t go too well with the BBQ Beef Hoola Hoops nor the Salt and Vinegar flavour either. But it did complement the Davidstow strong chedder. Price was around £4 from Tesco.

Wine

Overall, a nice flavoured wine which goes down well. Nothing too special, but not too harsh.
