<\/p>\nTis nothing too serious, the Macbook is working fine. However the palm rest area of the keyboard had developed a crack.<\/p>\n

So I have no Mac Laptop now, It’s given me a chance to play with Linux on my ‘work’ Toshiba laptop. It runs o.k., but it’s no OS X. Plus it’s a big chunky thing as well. Keyboard feels horrible, that said it is a Toshiba so it will probably never break. Also despite it being of a cheapo plastic construction it’ll probably never have bits flaking off.<\/p>\n
Wonder if I can Hackintosh it?<\/p>\n
\/edit Took it to the Apple Store in Solihull, and they are fixing it for tomorrow \ud83d\ude42 FOC \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
(I did take it back to John Lewis previously as that’s where it came from)<\/p>\n
