It was the cheapest bit.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.kebablog.co.uk\/blogpics\/ex14.jpg\" \/><br \/>\nCalumet won this one at \u00a3201.50.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Now I can only use it on my EF70-200mm f\/4 still quite impressed with the results.<\/p>\n<p>With this extender the f\/4 drops down a stop to f\/5.6.  Now initially I was worried that this might be a little slow (hence me thinking of a 300mm f\/2.8), but the tests from a couple of days ago seem to be quite positive.  The weather not ideal for photography, bad light and pissing down.  Still the 70-200 &amp; EF1.4 is weather proofed so had no worries there.  The 5D isn&#8217;t weather proofed, but it came through with no ill effects.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.scphoto.co.uk\/pages\/galleries\/trans\/pictures\/flybe.jpg\" style=\"width: 432px; height: 233px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.scphoto.co.uk\/pages\/galleries\/trans\/pictures\/a321landing.jpg\" style=\"width: 431px; height: 232px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Both taken at Birmingham Airport (well the golf course next to it).  Using the 5D EF70-200 f\/4 and EX1.4  Shots both around 1\/320 and at f\/5.6 iso 400.   The shots were taken at the max focal length of 280mm.  Not great pics, but I&#8217;m happy.
