In short: it does not work. I filled it with 8 new batteries and the operating light does not turn on. I checked the output (voltage) on the plug and there isn't one. It's supposed to produce 12 V. Though a bit of air can swish round when I sneeze. However I'm no ENT specialist so I can't explain the exact working of a sneeze or to which orifices expel air.
